Guion Pratt is a poet, translator, and songwriter from Charlottesville, Virginia. His chapbook manuscript, “A Horse and No Horse,” was a finalist for the 2026 Poetry Society of America Chapbook Fellowship. Guion is the recipient of the 2025 Lyric Poetry Award from the Poetry Society of America and an Academy of American Poets Prize. He holds an MFA from the University of Virginia, where he was a Poe/Faulkner Fellow.
